Governing Documents
Comprehensive, logical and user-friendly articles of incorporation, bylaws, covenants, rules and procedures are the foundation of a successful community association. We can review your existing documents for potential problems and offer recommendations for improving them to protect your community and to make it easier to conduct the association's business. We also draft new governing documents for existing communities, as well as for new developments.
If you find that your community association has been administratively dissolved by the Secretary of State's office due to inactivity, we will be happy to assist you with the process of having the association's corporate status reinstated.
